1. Who we are
ROVI+ is provided by MIX CENTURY SERVICES SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202201039824 (1485521-V)), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Mix Century”, “ROVI+”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are responsible for personal information processed through the ROVI+ app, this website and the ROVI+ waitlist.

2. Information we collect
Waitlist information
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, optional name, selected region, product interest, consent record and submission time. We do not collect payment information through the waitlist.
Account and profile information
If you create or secure a ROVI+ account, we may receive an account identifier and verified email from Apple or Google, together with your ROVI ID, profile name, birthday or age range, avatar selection, displayed title, preferences and settings. Apple and Google do not provide us with your password.
Activity and game information
With your permission, the app may read selected Apple Health data such as steps, active energy, distance, exercise time, elevation, stand hours and workout categories. ROVI+ may sync approved daily totals and challenge results that are needed for quests, events, leaderboards, progression and fraud prevention.
Individual workout routes, raw heart-rate samples and precise coordinates are designed to remain on your device. ROVI+ uses progress totals—not a map of where you have been—for social rankings.
Location and social information
If you allow location access, ROVI+ may use your current area to personalise nearby adventure context. Precise coordinates are discarded after the city or area is determined. We also process friend connections, invitations, party rooms, public or private events, leaderboard results and content you deliberately choose to share or upload.
Technical information
We may process limited device, operating system, app version, authentication session, crash and security information needed to operate, protect and improve the service. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs to profile you.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, cross-device game saves and personalised quests.
- Calculate quest, event, raid, title, XP and leaderboard progress.
- Enable friend invitations, rooms and public or private competitions.
- Send beta, launch and product communications you requested.
- Keep the service secure, diagnose problems and prevent manipulation of shared results.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
4. Legal bases and consent
Depending on where you live, we process information with your consent, to provide the service you request, for legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, or to comply with law. Health and location permissions are controlled through iOS. You may withdraw these permissions in Settings, although related features may stop working.
5. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is needed with service providers that help us operate ROVI+, including Apple and Google for authentication, Supabase for account and game data infrastructure, Cloudflare for website and waitlist infrastructure, and technical vendors supporting delivery, security or diagnostics. Providers may process information only for the services they perform for us.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect users or the service, during a corporate transaction, or when you direct us to share it—for example, by joining a public event or sharing an achievement.
6. Public and private game activity
Your display name, ROVI ID, avatar, title and selected results may be visible to friends, party members or event participants. Public events and leaderboards may be visible to other ROVI+ users. Private rooms require an invitation or code, but participants can still see information shared inside that room. Review event visibility before joining or publishing.
7. Retention
We keep account and game information while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for recovery, security, disputes and legal obligations. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe, the waitlist closes or they are no longer needed. Security backups may remain for a limited period before deletion. We may retain de-identified statistics that no longer identify you.
8. Security and international processing
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, secure connections and account-scoped database rules. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process information outside your country, subject to contractual or legal safeguards where required.
9. Your choices and rights
You may update profile details in the app, change Health or location permissions in iPhone Settings, leave events, control what you share, unsubscribe from waitlist email, or ask us to access, correct or delete personal information. Email support@mixcenturyservices.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Children
ROVI+ is not intended for children under 13. Users below the age of majority should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ROVI+ evolves. Material changes will be shown in the app, on this page or by another appropriate notice. The effective date above identifies the current version.
